Received my order 12/22/25 and was missing an item. I emailed the minute i opened the pkg same day. I ordered 2 of the coqui scents and only received one. Till this day still have not received a response back where they are sending me the item im missing or a refund. Its a shame scents smell good. I get it was holiday season but by now would have expected to receive a response from company. Will not purchase again.
