Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and for the safety and hygiene of our customers, we do not accept returns on any of our products that are currently sold online.


Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at info@rdzparfums.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to address the issue promptly and find a suitable resolution.


Cancellations

Once an order has been placed on our website, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you wish to cancel an order, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

No cancellations are allowed for products part of the RDZ Parfums Stars Edition.
