RDZ Parfums presents TAÍNO, a fragrance inspired by the spirit, resilience, and natural beauty of the Taíno people, the indigenous ancestors of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Rooted in harmony with nature and the elements, the sun (Guatu Ma-cu A) was sacred to the Taíno, symbolizing life, energy, and renewal. The O in TAÍNO is reimagined as the Taíno sun glyph, honoring its role as a guiding force of strength and enlightenment.

TAÍNO opens with the radiant warmth of mandarine, green apple and coconut, echoing the first golden rays of the Caribbean sunrise over the lush mountains of Borikén/Borinquen (Puerto Rico). This vibrant citrus infusion embodies the life-giving energy of the sun, an eternal symbol of the Taíno people’s connection to nature.

The initial opening is a sweet Coconut scent with undertones of Apple and citrus. After about 30 minutes the Coconut has settled down and I am getting more of a floral scent profile with a slight undertone of creaminess and spice. The dry down of this fragrance is a soft woody and musky scent with a slight undertone of a semi-sweet and creamy Vanilla Projection of this fragrance is Good and Sillage is also Good with a scent trail of almost 2+ feet for over 2 hours. Longevity on my skin about 6 hours, and becomes a skin scent at about 3 hours.
Desde la salida me encantó. Es muy diferente a lo común de otros perfumes. Tiene su esencia y eso lo hace especial. 10/10 💪🏼❤️
